Carey's Profile


Carey is a multi-sport athlete since his childhood. He has been passionate about fitness training for the past 17 years. His mission is to make a difference in people's lives by enhancing their quality of life through health coaching, fitness training and nutrition education.

Having been involved in martial arts for many years, Carey holds a Black Belt in Taekwondo and is a State and Regional Tournament champion. He is also versed in other martial arts styles, Tai Chi Chuan (Yang Style) and practicing combat kickboxing and mixed martial arts.

Carey believes in every person's power to change his lifestyle and improve his health and fitness. In addition to cross training, he adopts a multi-dimensional approach to health and fitness to achieve total body-and-mind balance. His new style of fusion workout adapts and integrates martial arts, Pilates and yoga into training routine for muscle balance, strength, flexibility and core stabilization. In order to educate and motivate the public and his clients to lead a healthy, active and performance lifestyle, Carey has devoted his time writing and publishing articles on topics that cover general health and wellness, fitness, weight lifting, fat loss, diet, nutrition, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning.

Carey is a Personal Fitness Trainer certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). His Black Belt Dan Certificate is registered with the
World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), the governing body of Taekwondo martial sport in Olympic Games.
