  • Fitness Assessment

Medical history, lifestyle and exercise information will be reviewed for risk factors prior to fitness assessment including body composition (BMI, % body fat, waist to hip ratio and girth measurements), cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility and posture. 

  • Program Design and Online Training

This is great for those who have been working out or prefer to work out on their own, but want help in designing a training routine to fit their specific goals. A fitness program is tailored specifically to your individual needs regarding your health history, lifestyle, exercise experience, and goals. 

  • In-home Training

If you have a home gym, I will design a program based on what's available. I may suggest other equipment to complement what you already have. If you have little or no exercise equipment at home, I will bring portable equipment to get you started (stability ball, medicine ball, band, tubing, body bar, dumbbells, step, Pilates circle, yoga mat, etc.). It’s recommended that you purchase some equipment for your own use.

  • Backyard Bootcamp

Backyard Bootcamp is an outdoor training program that combines strength training, cardiovascular workout and core exercises. It's usually done in small groups with portable equipment (resistance band, exercise ball, etc.), using body weight exercises and circuit training in your backyard or in the parks. It's fun and effective to train outdoors in natural terrain for fresh air and adding variety to your workout routine. 

  • Semi-private Training

      Bring a friend with you. Enjoy the workout together and get a discount.  

  • Health Club

I have access to several gyms and fitness centers. It's possible to make a special arrangement to train at your gym. We'll have more equipment options to train with.

  • Martial Arts Conditioning

I will provide conditioning routine to improve your basic techniques, anaerobic and aerobic fitness, flexibility, and balance that are essential to all styles of martial arts training. 

  • Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching

Wellness and lifestyle coaching program is delivered by telephone, email and other media. You'll learn how to optimize your lifestyle, recharge your energy, transform your body and eat for successful natural weight loss. This program is affiliated with Beyond Horizon Coaching
