Principles for Coaching and Training


  • In addition to building lean muscle and losing fat, a fitness training program is custom-designed to improve posture, balance opposing muscles, increase flexbility and range of motion by:
    • training upper body, lower body and core area for a balanced total-body fitness,
    • training both front & back of muscle groups for balance,
    • training both left & right sides of muscle groups for balance,
    • training large muscle groups first & then small/assisting muscles,
    • training with compound exercises first & then isolation exercises,
    • priority-training weak, underdeveloped or imbalanced muscle groups,
    • priority-training hard-to-see-by-youself muscle groups.
  • Successful long-term weight management depends on disciplined exercise habit, balanced diet & nutrition, and healthy lifestyle changes - no quick fixes, no gimmicks - only commitment and accountability. Besides physical exercises, I offer my continual wellness and lifestyle coaching and support to keep you on track of your goals.
                     
                     
                       As motivational philosopher Jim Rohn has put it,
              "You can't hire someone else to do your push-ups for you."
          You must do them yourself if you want to get any value of them.

                    To be successful in the game of life, one has to be open and
              willing to do whatever it takes to make a healthy lifestyle change.
         
                    It is only when someone really wants to make that decision to
                          change that I can do my job as a coach and trainer.

                    I love when a person gets to that place, that kind of level of
                         commitment because I can do so much to help him.
