My private training system is an all inclusive coaching and training service package that is designed to help you transform your body and change your life.

The signature 6-Step Dream Body BlueprintTM Body Transformation System is a step-by-step program that addresses healthy lifestyle changes, lifelong fitness and weight management, personalized nutrition plan that works for you.

Private fitness training can take place in your home, your gym, backyard, or outdoor park. Training program can be conducted individually, semi-private or in a small group using body-weight-based exercises and a variety of equipment.

    My name is Jeff and I am an athletic swimmer and gym buff for more than 10 years. I did not know what a shoulder tendonitis is, and I couldn't imagine myself one day to be suffering from it. Unfortunately, that dreadful day arrived. I went to chiropractor and physical therapist, massaged my shoulders and took pain killers, But it seemed like nothing helped and I waited and suffered for almost 2 months not being able to swim or lift weights. I told Carey about this and we decided to do personal training. He created a 'shoulder rehab and strengthening program' just for me. We did just 8 sessions and I was surprised how effective it was in terms of strengthening my shoulders. Carey innovates new exercises that target specific weak shoulder muscles. He also creates his program custom tailored for my needs. When we started with the first few sessions, I could feel my shoulders almost giving up. Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor training program that combines strength training, cardiovascular workout and core exercises. It's usually done in small groups with portable equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, exercise balls, etc.), using bodyweight-based exercises and in circuit-training style taking place in the backyard or in the park. It's fun and effective to train outdoors in natural terrain for fresh air and adding variety to your workout routine. The group dynamic is synergistic and motivational.
